All of our available rentals can be viewed online through our booking platform or by request. We provide photos, virtual tours, and detailed descriptions of each property. In most cases, in-person showings aren’t necessary since our units are fully furnished and move-in ready. However, if you’d like additional photos or a video walkthrough, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide them.
A corporate or furnished apartment is a fully equipped rental designed for extended stays. It comes move-in ready with furniture, kitchenware, linens, WiFi, and utilities included. These apartments are ideal for professionals, travel nurses, contractors, or anyone in need of a comfortable home away from home.
For stays 30 days or longer, you are not subject to hotel or short-term rental taxes under Nashville’s mid-term housing regulations. Shorter stays may require local occupancy tax, but most of our rentals are structured for extended stays (30+ days), so guests typically avoid these additional taxes.
To apply, simply submit a booking request or go directly to our booking link (we’ll provide the link for you). You can also find us on Airbnb if that’s your preferred platform.
Yes. All properties require a background check for security purposes. We use KeyCheck, which charges a $44 fee billed directly to the renter. This fee is not included in your rental cost and must be paid separately through KeyCheck.
Yes. To comply with Nashville’s mid-term housing laws, our minimum stay is 30 days. Many of our guests stay 3–6 months, and some extend longer depending on work contracts.
Yes, pets are welcome in select properties with the following requirements and fees:
- Pet Limits: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, with a 50-pound weight limit per pet.
- Furniture Protection: Pet owners are required to keep all couches fully covered during the entire stay. We can provide or recommend the required protective covers, which must be purchased for use during your stay.
- Fees:
- $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee (in addition to the standard cleaning fee)
- $10 monthly pet maintenance fee charged by property maintenance
- ESA Pets: If you have an ESA pet, a certificate will be requested.
- Vaccination Records: All pets must have up-to-date vaccination records provided prior to arrival.
- Responsibility: Any damages caused by pets, especially to furniture, will result in additional fees.
We love pets, but we also want to maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Please let us know about your pets in advance so we can help you prepare.
Our furnished rentals are fully equipped so you can settle in comfortably right away. Each unit includes:
Cleaning Supplies:
- Broom
- Spray mop with washable cloth pads
- Vacuum
- Iron & ironing board
Bedding:
- Queen-size set including:
- Waterproof mattress cover
- Fitted and flat sheets
- Four pillows with pillowcases
- Comforter
Towels:
- Brand-new towel set with:
- 2 bath towels
- 2 hand towels
- 4 washcloths
Kitchenware:
- Full set of dishes and cups
- Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and cutlery (spoons, forks, knives)
- Single-serve pod-style coffee machine (like a Keurig)
Please Note:
Paper goods and consumables are not fully stocked. A starter supply will be provided, including:
- 1 roll of toilet paper
- Kitchen sponge and detergent
Guests should plan to bring or purchase locally:
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Garbage bags
- Laundry detergent
- Additional cleaning products (disinfectant, soap, etc.)
- Toothpaste and personal/grocery items.

Yes. Utilities such as water, electric, WiFi, and trash services are included in the rental price. Some properties also include parking.
Bring only your personal essentials: clothing, toiletries, and any specialty items you prefer. Everything else, from cookware to bedding, is already provided.
Yes! We specialize in housing for travel nurses and other medical professionals. Our units are located near major hospitals and designed with flexible leases that match contract timelines.
Travel nurses typically book for 3-month contracts, with the option to extend. We coordinate directly with nurses or with staffing agencies to provide affordable, move-in ready apartments. Flexible lease terms, all-inclusive utilities, and convenient locations make it stress-free.
We charge a standard $250 cleaning fee per stay. This covers professional cleaning after your departure. It is a one-time fee, not monthly.
No. Furnished Finder is transparent. The only fees are the cleaning fee and your rental rate. Background checks through KeyCheck may have a small third-party fee, but there are no surprise charges.
As your host, we handle everything: listing management, guest communication, property setup, and maintenance. Guests book directly with us or through trusted platforms like Furnished Finder. We make corporate housing worry-free, both for property owners and renters.
We ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice if you’d like to extend your stay. However, please note that extensions are not guaranteed. Our units are listed with open booking, which means the calendar is always available for other guests to reserve.
If you anticipate needing a longer stay, we strongly recommend booking the maximum length of time you think you’ll need upfront. It’s easier to shorten a reservation than it is to extend once the calendar has been booked by someone else.
We will always do our best to accommodate extensions when possible, but to avoid last-minute conflicts, please plan ahead whenever you can.
We offer a semi-flexible cancellation policy:
- Booking Deposit: The $250 deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable. If you cancel prior to your lease start date, that deposit becomes a cancellation fee.
- Mid-Lease Cancellation: If you are in the middle of your lease and need to cancel or modify your reservation, we require 30 days’ notice.
Example: If your lease ends October 31st but you need to leave by August 1st, you would need to submit your cancellation or modification request by July 1st.
- Less Than 30 Days’ Notice: If less than 30 days’ notice is given, you are responsible for the portion of the lease not covered within the 30-day period. However, if we are able to re-lease your unit to another guest, we will provide a refund for the overlapping dates.
